How much does leak detection installation cost?
Sensor-only coverage starts at $349 for up to six placements. A full detect-and-shutoff system with an automatic valve on the main typically starts at $1,290 including the valve. Every quote is fixed in writing before work begins.
Will my insurance company give me a discount?
Many carriers do offer a premium credit for a monitored automatic shutoff, though the amount varies by insurer and policy. We provide documentation of the installed equipment so you can submit it — check with your own carrier for the specific credit.
Does the system still work if the internet goes down?
Yes. The valve and sensors communicate locally, so detection and shutoff continue during an outage. What you lose temporarily is the remote notification, which arrives once connectivity returns.
