Frequently asked questions
What areas of Northern Virginia does NovaProHome serve?
NovaProHome installs smart home and electrical systems across Sterling, Ashburn, Leesburg, Herndon, Reston, Fairfax, McLean, Vienna, and Great Falls, plus the surrounding Loudoun and Fairfax County communities. If you are just outside that map, call us — we routinely schedule nearby Northern Virginia neighborhoods on the same route.
How much does a Level 2 EV charger installation cost in Loudoun County?
Cost depends on your panel capacity, the cable run distance, and whether a panel upgrade is needed. Every project starts with a free discovery call and a fixed written quote that already includes the county permit and the inspection, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Do you handle electrical permits and inspections?
Yes. NovaProHome files every EV charger and electrical permit in Loudoun and Fairfax County and coordinates the county inspection directly with the inspector. Homeowners never contact the county, fill out paperwork, or wait on hold — permit and inspection fees are already inside your written quote.
What makes NovaProHome different from other smart home installers?
NovaProHome was founded by credentialed Electrical Engineer Meddy Baraei, and is the only residential smart home company in Northern Virginia pairing an Electrical Engineering degree with Google Nest Pro, Ring, and Lutron certifications. Add $2M liability insurance and fixed-price written quotes, and the work is engineered, not improvised.
Which smart home brands do you install?
We install and support Google Nest, Ring, Lutron Caseta, Philips Hue, Schlage, Ecobee, and every major Level 2 EV charger brand. Rather than leaving you with six apps, we integrate the devices into one unified system with consistent naming and scenes that behave like a single product.
Can you fix a smart home that another installer set up badly?
Yes, and it is one of our most common projects. We audit devices that were added one at a time, repair Wi-Fi coverage gaps, rebuild naming conventions, and consolidate everything into one designed system, so lights, locks, cameras, and thermostats respond reliably every single time.
