Information you give us

When you request a quote or chat with us, we collect your name, email address and/or phone number, the service you are interested in, your message, and (if you choose to answer) how you found us. We use this only to reply to you, prepare your quote, and run our business.

Chat conversations are answered first by an automated assistant and may be forwarded to our team so a real person can reply.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. When the Google tag loads, Google receives information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, approximate location, the ad you clicked (if any), and whether you completed a quote request, chat request, or tapped a call, text, or WhatsApp link. Google may use cookies to do this.

We do not send your name, email, or phone number to Google.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and whenever we cannot determine your region, we do not load the Google tag at all.

Your choices

You can opt out of Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, block cookies in your browser, or enable Global Privacy Control.

Sharing
